Chaudhary Bhajan Lal
is an active politician of Haryana. He used to be the former chief
minister of Haryana. Now he is Member of Parliament from the Hissar
parliamentary seat and he is also guiding Haryana Janhit Congress (BL) to serve the people of Haryana.
Chaudhary Bhajan Lal is very famous politician of Haryana because he is the only person who took care of all 36 castes in Haryana. When he was the chief minister of Haryana he tried his best to resolve the problems of Haryana .To resolve the water crisis in Haryana, The work on SYL canal started during his government only.

Chaudhary Bhajan Lal was born in a very poor family and his political career started from the village when he was the 'Panch' and Sarpanch in the Adampur Gram Panchayat. He did a very hard struggle to reach at the Chief Minister position. He becomes two times CM of Haryana from June 28, 1979 to July 5, 1985, and his second term from July 23, 1991 to May 11, 1996. He had also served as a union cabinet minister at the centre, holding the Agriculture and Environments & Forest portfolios during Rajiv Gandhi's administration. Now he is leading his own party Haryana Janhit Congress (BL)with his son Chaudhary Kuldeep Bishnoi.
